Spreading the joy and the word….

Often at Lee’s Cyclery and Trek Store, we get AWEsome people who make us feel that we are truly doing what we live for. Instead of letting an email sit in our inbox, we thought, we’d share it here. We would like to publicly thank  Joyce R. and John M. for openly sharing their experiences with us.  If you feel like sharing your experience as well, please comment below.

OHMYGOD!!!  we LOVE the new bikes!  :-)
I did 56 miles on Sunday with Velo One -somewhere southeast of Windsor- first time to ride with them and it was awesome.  Joel and I did 48 miles of flats yesterday before it rained (out to power plant and back) both bikes just fly.  its like rocket fuel.
my back is a bit sore – think i may need to adjust the reach (between seat and handlebars) but we are both ridiculously happy with our bikes.  wish I was out riding now instead of stuck behind a desk.  :-)
thank you for all your hard work – Dave did get the new cassettes put on both bikes on saturday, they are fabulous – and tell Jason a big thank you from me as well – You Guys Rock!  :-)

I am a new customer to Trek Store of Loveland having just purchased a
new 08 Madone.  Because it was a year model left over, and the price was
reduced, I was not expecting more than the minimum fit and adjustment
support.  Well, I could not be more pleased with the help I received
from Colin.  He worked very hard to make sure my fit was correct.  After
my first week on the bike I experience some new joint pain and assumed
that my fit time had been used up.  Colin got me in his fit area the
same day and installed a new seat and stem that I purchased.  Colin has
a wealth of knowledge really knows performance bikes, he took the time
to explain everything he was doing and made sure I had a complete
understanding.   He patiently answered all my questions. If there was
something in the fit process I questioned,  we discussed it further and
we made the decision together.
I am a long time customer of a bike shop in Boulder.  I thought I would
never leave them.  They did not have an 08 Madone in my size which is
why I ended up at the Trek Store.  I assumed I would just buy the bike
and go back to my Boulder shop.  Well much to my surprise I now have a
new bike shop!
Please thank Colin and his team for the excellent customer care.
BTW We finished the fit one week ago today and I have since put 160
miles on the bike with no problems!
